To create an account, download the TALK app, click "Sign Up," enter your university email address, set a password, and complete your profile. University email verification is required to join your campus community.

TALK is expanding to universities worldwide. Check our website to see if your campus is currently available. If your campus isn't listed yet, you can sign up to be notified when we launch.

TALK is primarily designed for your university community. However, you can connect with students from other universities through our global opportunities section in Horizon.

Account & Security

Click "Forgot Password" on the login screen, enter your email address, and we'll send you a link to reset your password. Follow the instructions in the email to create a new password.

Yes. We use industry-standard encryption and security protocols to protect your data. Your privacy is our priority. For more details, please review our Privacy Policy.

Go to Settings > Account > Delete Account. Your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days. You can contact support if you need immediate deletion.

Navigate to Settings > Privacy. Here you can control who sees your profile, posts, and activity. You can customize these settings at any time.

Campus Market

Go to Campus Market, click "Sell Item," add photos, title, description, and price. Review your listing and publish. Your item will be visible to your campus community immediately.

No. Selling items on TALK is completely free. There are no listing fees, no commissions, and no hidden charges.

To make a purchase, browse the Marketplace, find an item you’re interested in, and contact the seller directly through TALK. Payments and delivery are arranged between you and the seller, as TALK does not process payments on the platform.

Since TALK does not handle payments or deliveries, any transaction issues should be resolved directly between the buyer and the seller. TALK only provides the platform to connect users and encourages safe, transparent communication when trading.

Open Billboard and browse trending posts and announcements. Use filters to find specific categories. You can also follow clubs and organizations to see their events.

TALK Horizon is TALK’s multi-campus layer that connects students beyond a single school. It allows users to explore posts, discussions, ideas, and opportunities from other campuses while still keeping their home campus community separate and focused. In short, Horizon expands TALK from one campus to many—sharing experiences, insights, and solutions across universities.

Yes! You can send direct messages to other students. Open their profile and click "Message." Your conversations are private and secure.

Long-press or tap the three dots on any post/profile. Select "Report" and choose the reason. Our moderation team reviews all reports within 24 hours.
