This Child Safety Standards Policy applies to the Talk app (package name com.talk_wide.talk), published by Talk Wide and maintained by Talk Wide Technologies Ltd.
Zero Tolerance Statement
Talk strictly prohibits Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE), including Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM), grooming, solicitation of minors, trafficking, and any activity that sexually exploits children.
1. Commitment to Child Safety
Talk is committed to maintaining a safe and respectful environment for all users. We have a zero-tolerance policy toward any form of child sexual abuse, exploitation, or harmful behavior involving minors.
2. Prohibited Content and Behavior
Users are strictly prohibited from:
- Creating, sharing, or promoting any content that involves child sexual abuse or exploitation
- Engaging in conversations or interactions that are sexual in nature with minors
- Attempting to groom, manipulate, or exploit individuals under the age of 18
- Impersonating minors for harmful purposes
Any violation of these rules will result in immediate action, including account suspension or permanent removal.
3. Reporting and Enforcement
Talk provides mechanisms for users to report harmful or suspicious behavior.
- Reports can be made through in-app reporting tools or official communication channels
- All reports are reviewed promptly and taken seriously
- Verified violations will lead to: immediate account termination and removal of offending content; reporting to law enforcement authorities when necessary; and cooperation with investigations to ensure the safety of minors
4. Cooperation with Authorities
Talk will cooperate fully with law enforcement agencies and regulatory bodies in the investigation of child exploitation or abuse cases.
5. Safety Measures
To ensure safety on the platform, Talk may implement:
- Automated content monitoring to detect and remove harmful content
- Age verification processes to prevent underage access
- Restrictions on interactions where necessary
6. User Responsibility
All users are expected to:
- Use the platform in a manner that does not harm others
- Respect the rights and dignity of all users
- Report any suspicious or harmful behavior they encounter
- Avoid engaging in or supporting harmful behavior
- Report any content or activity that may endanger minors
- Respect community standards
7. Compliance with Child Safety Laws
Talk complies with all applicable child safety laws and regulations, including obligations to report Child Sexual Abuse Material to the relevant authorities.
