• Verified violations will lead to: immediate account termination and removal of offending content; reporting to law enforcement authorities when necessary; and cooperation with investigations to ensure the safety of minors

Talk will cooperate fully with law enforcement agencies and regulatory bodies in the investigation of child exploitation or abuse cases.

To ensure safety on the platform, Talk may implement:

• Automated content monitoring to detect and remove harmful content
• Age verification processes to prevent underage access
• Restrictions on interactions where necessary

All users are expected to:
